 BOB CLARKE is Chief Instructor for Flight Instructor Refresher Clinics at HPC, Inc.  Currently a charter pilot with Executive Flight, Inc.  (Wenatchee, Washington), he is flying a Challenger 600, Lear 31A, Lear 35A and 690C Commander. Bob began flying in 1973 while earning a B.A. in the Ministry at Norfolk, Nebraska and he holds an ATP Certificate ASMEL, Gold Seal CFI ASM I-A, Advanced and Instrument Ground Instructor, Airframe & Powerplant Certificate, and FAA Safety Program Counselor.


Bob has 19,900 flight hours with 11,900 hours of dual given. Bob is an FAA Airmen Certificate Representative for FIRC Renewals with a letter of designation from FAA FSDO, NM-05 in Helena, Montana. A Flight Instructor for 25 years, he was Assistant Chief Flight Instructor at Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, WA for fourteen years.  


He was awarded the Washington State FSDO 1992 "Flight Instructor of the Year,"  and was selected as the 1999 International Flying Farmers (Washington Chapter) "Man Of  the Year."                                  .                                                                                                                                                        



HARRY LaFORGE is President of HPC, Inc. He holds a B.S. In Biology.   He holds an ATP Certificate ASMEL C-G P-RH and Gold Seal CFI-ASM I-A and is an Advanced Ground Instructor. Harry has served as an Aviation Safety Counselor since 1978.  He served as an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner for Private through ATP and CFI Check rides in the Denver, Colorado area from 1984 until he moved to Montana in 1999.  


Harry is an FAA Airmen Certificate Representative for FIRC Renewals with

letters of approval and designation from FAA AFS-800 in Washington, D.C. And

FAA FSDO, NM-05 in Helena, Montana.   Harry began flying in 1966 and has over

12,200 flight hours.  Instructing for 36 years Harry has over 10,000 hours as a CFI.   


In 1979 Harry was awarded the Rocky Mountain Region and Colorado District

"Flight Instructor of  the  Year.”                                                                             .
